DNC standard cylinders feature piston diameters ranging from 32 to 125 mm and stroke lengths from 10 to 2,000 mm, meeting all current international standards with minimal installation space requirements. Cylinder sensors can be integrated into sensor slots, providing cushioning at the end-of-stroke position. The standard configuration covers 90% of typical cylinder application scenarios, and a wide variety of piston rod variants and custom-designed configurations are available.
Examples of piston rods include: double-rod piston rods, reinforced piston rod types (for larger lateral loads), extended-length piston rod types, square-section piston rod types, anti-rotation piston rod types (and hollow piston rod types are also available upon request), piston rod types with internal threads, or constant-speed pneumatic cylinders equipped with standard coarse-pitch high-temperature-resistant seals. The stroke speed can be as low as 5 mm/s, and these cylinders are copper-free and PTFE-free (for PPV-A and PPV models with cylinder diameters ranging from 32 to 80 mm), offering excellent corrosion resistance.
The CPV valve manifold’s integration with the existing control system is remarkably simple. Thanks to the maximized density of components within a given space, the overall footprint is minimized, while both service life and operational reliability have been significantly enhanced. The compact design and high flow capacity allow the valve manifold to be directly installed in the standardized valve body layout commonly used on-site. Furthermore, the use of fieldbus interfaces has replaced the labor-intensive method of individual wiring connections.
