Job Responsibilities
The warehouse custodian shall, in accordance with regulations, properly carry out the acceptance, accounting, and distribution of materials and equipment entering and leaving the warehouse, ensuring that the records match each other.
Keep track of inventory status at all times to ensure timely supply of materials and equipment and fully leverage turnover efficiency.
Regularly clean the warehouse to keep it tidy and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring that materials and equipment are categorized, neatly arranged, and stored accurately.
Be familiar with the types, specifications, models, and performance of the corresponding materials and equipment, and fill in the information clearly.
Strengthen the safety management of the warehouse, inspect its fireproof and anti-theft facilities, and promptly address any vulnerabilities.
Complete other tasks assigned by the department head or section chief.
